Conference & Stakeholder Roundtable 

Aims: 1) to gather lessons from current and past renovation waves in the Nordic region regarding historic buildings;  2) to exchange experiences from ongoing research and development programmes on energy renovation and heritage; 3) to conduct a roundtable with stakeholders on Green Transition Charter of Estonian Heritage Buildings. (

October 29th, 2024 – Working Groups and Stakeholder Roundtable 

10.00-13.00 – Parallel working groups in Estonian Academy of Arts 

14.00 – 17.00 – Stakeholder Roundtable on Green Transition Charter of Estonian Heritage Buildings, Estonian Ministry of Culture (in Estonian language)

14.00 – 17.00 Networking and site visits for invited speakers and ICOMOS experts according to specific interests:

  • Centre of Rural Architecture, Estonian Open-Air Museum
  • The Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture, TalTech
  • The Centre of Sustainable Renovation, Kalamaja
